Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations:

steps to cancel the order placed:
Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at info@rubicayurveda.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
You can also cancel the orders by logging into your account on our website.
If the order is prepaid, then your refund will be processed to your source account in 3-5 days.
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.

Returns:

Rubic Ayurveda will replace products only in case of the below scenarios after the same has been verified by our internal teams.

(A) In case you received a wrong item/product missing case.

In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to info@rubicayurveda.com or call on (+91) 8700332237 within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details.
Order ID
Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
Details of your request/Complaint
Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.
Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24 hours.

(B) In case you received a damaged item.

If you claim the product leaked or it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email to info@ruvbicayurveda.com or call on (+91) 8700332237 within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details.
Order ID
Copy of the Invoice (Hard/Soft)
Details of your request/Complaint
Images or videos to support the complaint with a batch number that is mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24 hours.

(C) In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.

Drop us an email at info@rubicayurveda.com or call us at (+91) 8700332237 within 2 days (24 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer delight team will resolve it at the earliest.

Refunds:

Refunds will be initiated immediately for unshipped prepaid orders post cancellation and might take 3-5 workings days to reflect in your source account. Please note that Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable. Visit FAQ section to know more about our policies.
