The return/ replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.

**Rubic Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer. Note - Orders can be only cancelled within 2 hrs of placing the order
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days.
We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 2 days of delivery.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.
Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer delight team to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.
You will receive a mail with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can also write to us at info@rubicayurveda.com
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.399, which is notified from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
We ship the products within 2 working days of receiving the order. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 5-7 working days of placing the order. However, India is a large country. Please expect additional time for remote areas and unexpected weather conditions.
