• Orders placed by 3PM, are generally dispatched on the same day. However, please allow 24-48 hours for dispatch and approximately 3 days to receive your product. Some orders can take up to 5-7 business days to be delivered. However, India is a large country. Please expect additional time for remote areas and unexpected weather conditions.
• International orders are also dispatched within similar timelines. However, it might take 8-10 business days to be delivered.
• We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.399+, which is notified from time to time. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
• Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays.
• We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
• If you want us to expedite your order on priority, give us a call at customer support. We will check with our logistics partner and provide you with an update.
